Living With a Seven Year Old

I recently moved back in with my folks and my brother. I had forgotten what it was like to live with someone so much younger.
I was doing something and my brother asked if he could help, now usually I dont mind him helping but my ocds had kicked in and I needed to finish it myself. I explained that he couldn't. Of course a couple minutes later he asked again. To which I replied, "You can't because I have obsessive compulsive disorder". He returned with, " They don't need to know I helped".

Today I went out with a good friend who I have known for quite a few years. I love him to death. We went to the beach saw a movie then met my sister and her new possible roommate for sushi. Times like these I realize how different I am from my generation, and why its soo hard for me to make a ton of friends. I do not believe in the whole this is your one life have as much fun as you can. Now I am all for fun but the type of fun everyone keeps talking about is such a disguise. Talking mainly about how you get so wasted you don't remember how you got home. My bestie gets told all the time that she isn't living life because she doesn't drink or get high. Why can't my generation get that actions have reprucussions. Making out with that random hot people can actually hurt others. Everything anyone does in return affects the people around you.

the thing i believe in most in the world is love. Not romantic love. Love as in love thy neighbor. Love as in seeing a human in need and that hard tug in your heart. Love as in unconditional no matter what the frick you do i will love you love. I find that most people don’t necessarily use this love constantly. In america the population tends to be self centered. Sometimes its a good thing but it tends to be unreal sometimes. I am not excluding myself from this group either. I am on MYspace so whatever.

In Darfur (an area in Sudan) a genocide is happening. The Sudanese government and the Janjaweed are trying to rid the land of all black non arabs.So far 400,000 have been killed and 2 and a half million have been displaced. Women and children are being slaughtered and raped. The janjaweed are even killing pregnant women because they are holding the the enemies in them.

We can and should stop this before it gets to 6 million
